About the Role

Monneus Group LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract performance across all task areas supporting the Secretary of the Air Force, Administration and Management (SAF/AM), Headquarters Air Force (HAF), and U.S. Space Force within the Pentagon. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and program oversight capabilities in a high-visibility DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of multi-disciplinary support teams across HAF and Space Force organizations
  • Manage staffing plans, employee onboarding, transition-in/out coordination, and workforce continuity (maintaining less than 20% turnover)
  • Ensure all deliverables — monthly status reports, problem notifications, ad-hoc reports — are submitted accurately and on time
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure services meet all PWS thresholds
  • Coordinate kickoff meetings, monthly technical reviews, and Government stakeholder communications
